Our Hoopstr shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for two (2) years from the date of purchase for both commercial and residential use.

  • All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect. Any shipping damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims resulting in a replacement must be for the same product. The purchaser will be asked to submit a brief description of the defect along with photos.

Base and Backboard: 

  • Always use a soft bristle brush or cloth when cleaning
  • For routine cleaning, just use water​
  • For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner and eraser sponge​
  • Remove calcium buildup with a calcium removal product​

Rim:

  • Use soft cloth
  • Wash with mild solution of soap and water

On your Hoopstr’s delivery date, you’ll receive one ball to get a game going right away. You can also purchase additional sets of balls with a representative.

This swimming pool basketball hoop can go on the pool ledge, on the coping, or out on the lawn or patio. If using it on your pool’s tanning ledge or baja shelf, make sure that you water depth is nine inches or less.

While this swimming pool basketball hoop can be used in almost any pool, it is not compatible with vinyl pools. If you have a vinyl liner, it may be damaged by this product. However, you can still use it on the coping, patio, or lawn.

With a simple two-piece assembly, it won’t be long before you’re getting your game on. Just fill with water, secure together, and start enjoying fun in the sun. For more information, please refer to the installation guide.

Cleaning is easy with this swimming pool basketball hoop. For routine cleaning, the base and backboard can simply be wiped down with water and a soft bristle brush or cloth.
